Lifetime Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our wooden toys, building blocks, and puzzles.  If a piece becomes worn from loving play, we will replace it free.  Absolutely free for a lifetime.  
If a puzzle piece goes missing, let us know. We will send a replacement.  (If we could only find out where those puzzle pieces hide, chances are we would also find those missing socks and clothes hangers.)

If you spend $100 or more, your shipping is free!  This discount applies to any products found on our site.  Your shopping cart will automatically apply the discount.

Returns
We are certain that you and your child will love their new toy.  But, if your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.  Shipping charges however, are not generally refundable.
