We offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our Melissa and Doug wooden toys, building blocks, and puzzles.  If a piece becomes worn from loving play, we will replace it free.  Absolutely free for a lifetime.  
If a puzzle piece goes missing, let us know. We will send a replacement.  (If we could only find out where those puzzle pieces hide, chances are we would also find those missing socks and clothes hangers.)

Shipping
We have found that some shipping methods work best for certain items.  Our toys are usually shipped UPS or USPS which normally takes from 2 to 6 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded).  Our goal is to ship orders within 1 to 2-business days from the time your order is received.  If your item is out of stock, it will be shipped in approximately four business days.  If an item becomes temporarily unavailable due to demand, we will contact you.

Returns
We are certain that you and your child will love their new toy.  But, if your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.  Shipping charges however, are not generally refundable.
